廣達通過配發3.8元股息

（中央社記者韓婷婷台北19日電）廣達電腦今天召開股東會，去年財報EPS為4.84元，股東會通過配發3.8元現金股息。

廣達2013年合併營收為新台幣8804億元，較2012年下滑14.11%，因應產業趨勢變動，除筆記型電腦相關產品外，更衝刺伺服器、資料中心、平板與網通等雲端運算業務以延續獲利。

廣達去年稅後純益191億元，其中淨利歸屬母公司業主為186億元，低於前一年的231億元，每股稅後盈餘4.84元。

廣達董事長林百里表示，為因應「Computing WillBe 3C」趨勢，以「新3C」的概念定位新產品，透過整合雲端運算(Cloud Computing)，網路連結技術(Connectivity)、終端系統(Client Device)，成為雲環境裡所需的系統解決方案提供者 (System SolutionProvider)，為客戶提供最佳的產品與服務價值。

展望2014年，林百里指出，今年將致力推動製造生產力提升、生產自動化、工單超耗材管控、產銷及供應鏈管理模式變更及線上倉庫及物流管理5個專案。1030619
