蝸牛義大利麵(民生店) 地址：台北市松山區民生東路四段56巷3弄10號 電話：(02) 2713-6648 官網：http://www.snail-italy.com/ 消費時間：2014年/05月 圖文網誌 http://minihea.pixnet.net/blog/post/57376665 平日的晚餐， 店內幾乎滿座、我們有訂位才有保留席次。 我們有加點一份套餐， 餐前麵包、好吃！ 開胃菜 『巴達諾起司蔬菜烘蛋』 蛋味很重、口感紮實，個人比較喜歡有點滑嫩口感的烘蛋。 『南瓜湯』 非常的南瓜~~~好喝！ 主餐 『紅酒菲力細圓麵』 時間兼格有點久、有點忘記詳細的滋味， 印象中的評語是:恩~~不愧是以義大利麵為招牌(?) 記得他的菲力也很好吃、軟嫩；醬汁的番茄味足。 主餐 『乳酪牛肝菌菇松露燉飯』 菇類的味道非常的厚實， 燉飯軟硬度適中、不會太軟爛~~ 現在還可以想像當時濃郁的牛肝菌菇級松露的氣味。 額外加點甜點 『道地提拉米蘇』 這裡主打甜點使用的是歐牧純生動物性鮮奶油， 是鮮奶油界的夢幻逸品啊(我偶爾排隊買到也會拿來做蛋糕用!) 果然有他的加持、提拉米蘇內的奶香足、又不會太膩口。 好吃！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.243.114.61 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1403156678.A.97C.html
