【更新】烏總統下令停火一周　普丁玩兩面手法

烏克蘭總統波羅申科下令在烏國東部地區停火一周，俄國總統普丁已經表達支持，但他警告烏方進一步提出和平談判的具體內容，並且下令進行大規模軍事演習。

普丁也表示，波羅申科宣佈停火後，烏克蘭東部的衝突仍持續，導致俄國領土被來自烏方的炮彈所擊中，對俄國公民構成威脅，這種情況是不能容許的。針對俄國的演習決定，北約與美國同聲反對，認為會造成局勢緊張。 （國際中心／綜合外電報導）
