今高溫悶熱 午後易有瞬間大雨

中央氣象局說，今天台灣仍受西南風帶來暖溼空氣影響，高溫悶熱，午後易有瞬間大雨。

氣象局預報，各地高溫約攝氏32度至34度，因暖溼空氣吹拂下，感受較悶熱，提醒民眾戶外活動注意防曬並多補充水分。

氣象局說，中南部地區整天會有短暫陣雨或雷雨，午後各地山區或中南部以北地區及宜蘭、花蓮，易有熱對流發展，帶來瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風等劇烈天氣。
