阿里巴巴IPO 傳挑選美國證交所

路透社報導，根據彭博社消息，中國大陸電子商務巨擘阿里巴巴挑選在美國證券交易所（NYSE）首次公開發行股票（IPO）。

晨星公司（Morningstar）預估阿里巴巴首次公開募股，將籌資260億美元，成就有史以來最大規模IPO。

華爾街日報報導，投資研究公司晨星認為，阿里巴巴股權價值2200億美元，按媒體報導阿里巴巴可能在IPO發行12%的股票，推估IPO融資規模將達260億美元。

據追蹤IPO數據的Dealogic，晨星說法若成真，阿里巴巴將成就史上最大規模IPO，超越中國農業銀行2010年在上海和香港兩地IPO合計融資221億美元的紀錄。

此外，阿里巴巴也將力壓2008年Visa上市集資197億美元，成為美國歷來規模最大的IPO；一併超越2012年臉書（Facebook）上市募得160億美元，刷新美國科技業IPO規模紀錄。1030624
