政院加速國際公約國內法化

行政院積極爭取加入各項多邊國際公約，目前已選定加入的國際公約，包括聯合國反貪腐公約、禁止酷刑公約等，將加速促成國內法化。行政院政務委員蔡玉玲27日召開跨部會議，完成研訂「行政院所屬各機關多邊國際條約及協定國內法化作業要點」，希望做為優先國內法化的法制化依據。
