張志軍到彰化天洉宮，場外淨空

大陸國台辦主任張志軍拜會台中市長胡志強的行程結束後，將前往彰化鹿港天后宮參訪，天后宮外，廟方人員淨空牌樓內廣場謝絕一切訪客。
