大雨特報！中央氣象局說，颱風外圍環流影響，今(8)日新竹以北及宜蘭地區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，請注意防範。

氣象局也說，強烈颱風浣熊過去6小時往北北西方向行進，預計未來有持續朝北北西轉北移動的趨勢，對台灣近海造成威脅的機率降低，仍請注意氣象局對此颱風發布最新動態。

在今日凌晨2時，強烈颱風浣熊，中心位置位於北緯 23.7 度，東經 126.2 度，以每小時22公里速度，向北北西轉北進行。颱風中心氣壓 930 百帕，近中心最大風速每秒 51 公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒 63 公尺，七級風半徑 250 公里，十級風半徑 80 公里。
