金磚5國將簽協定 設開發銀行

（法新社莫斯科9日電） 俄羅斯財政部長希魯阿諾夫（Anton Siluanov）今天表示，金磚5國（BRICS）預計下週簽署協定，在2016年前成立這個集團的開發銀行。

俄羅斯各新聞社報導，希魯阿諾夫表示，這家銀行將稱為「新開發銀行」，由集團內5國各貢獻資本額20億美元。

新開發銀行最高資金本額將達1000億美元，總部設在上海或新德里。

這5國巴西、俄羅斯、印度、中國大陸及南非2013年公布新開發銀行的設立計畫，目標在於和世界銀行等西方支配的機構一較高下。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
