罪加一項 劉政池因詐欺罪追加起訴

彰化縣長劉政池胞弟劉政池的「七七行館」涉嫌侵佔國土罪一案，於今年1月偵結。但士林地方法院今（11）日再以偵字6298號詐欺案由追加起訴劉政池，也另外起訴3名前國有財產局的公務員。

劉政池涉竊占國土案於今年1月偵結後，檢方依竊占、誣告、偽證罪名起訴劉政池等8人。但在檢方調查該案的過程中，意外查得劉政池以低價擔保品向農民銀行貸款貸款8500萬元，事後卻變成呆帳，因此，士林地檢再以涉嫌詐欺罪名追加起訴，並陸續約談趙藤雄次子、遠雄人壽總經理趙信清與其他10多名主管說明。

另外，侵佔罪一案，士林地檢還約談包括現任國有財產署署長莊翠雲、洪寶川等多人，最後，也以圖利罪起訴前國產局長洪寶川和官員張智傑、廖益群。
