蔣偉寧涉論文造假　東華校長：掛名就需擔責

教育部長蔣偉寧涉論文審查作假事件愈演愈烈，學者認為這凸顯出台灣學術界歪風。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，國科會前主委、東華大學校長吳茂昆表示，「蔣部長的狀況不是學術界常態」，但對於蔣偉寧把責任推給他的學生、陳震遠的雙胞胎弟弟陳震武，吳茂昆也認為論文一旦掛名，就須共同承擔責任。
