這個建案偶很久以前就看過了, 雖然沒買但是他其實蠻不錯的...

首先這是冠鈞營造自己蓋的案子, 品質OK,常看房的都知這是不錯的營造商..

其次戶數及公設見仁見智, 偶就不贅述了....

學區是大墩國中小, 算是目前熱門學區, 但要提早入籍...

買房看個人需求, 純提供意見, 多看多聽多做功課就對了...
