求救.....Win7 捷徑全部失效

小弟今天早上打開電腦後

發現所有捷徑全部失效，不只是桌面上的，連開始裡面的也是(所有.exe)

所謂失效如圖:

所有捷徑都需要選擇開啟檔案的程式，而且也不能選曲永遠使用此程式

第二次再開相同程式就必須再選一次(或再從瀏覽裡找)

爬過很多文都沒有找到成功的解決方法

有找到一個說法(引用自巴哈):

想辦法開啟regedit，開啟之後找到HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT＼exefile＼shell這目錄

　　我的狀況是裡面的預設值被改成ｎｌｔｅａ了，在把它改回ｏｐｅｎ就正常了

但是我無法開啟regedit，開啟後一樣要選擇程式

於是我開啟後 用瀏覽 找到在c: windows 內的refegit 卻出現以下狀況



搞了一整天都用不好了....

請求各位高手幫忙....
