新北地檢署偵辦鄭捷案 明提起公訴

新北地檢署偵辦北捷隨機殺人案，原本擔心未能及時收到台大醫院精神鑑定報告書，導致羈押期限在本月21日屆滿，仍未能偵查終結，日前向新北地院聲請延押獲准；但檢方這兩天加緊腳步與醫院聯繫，院方也及時完成鑑定報告，今天已確定將於明日提起公訴。

鄭捷今年5月21日帶著2把刀搭乘台北捷運板南線，從龍山寺站至江子翠站短短4分多鐘車程中，在車廂瘋狂砍殺乘客，釀成4死、24 傷慘劇；事後造成許多模仿效應，還有大學生成立「鄭捷粉絲團」，更造成許多家長投書媒體擔憂「萬一我教出下一個鄭捷」。
