合宜住宅弊案　葉世文續押、趙藤雄3千萬交保

合宜住宅弊案，台北地檢署檢方在今（25）日完成偵結，分別依違反《貪污治罪條例》各罪，對桃園前副縣長葉世文、遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄、白手套蔡仁惠、遠雄副總魏春雄、葉世文密友陳麗玲等5人起訴。同時在押的趙、葉、魏等3人移審台北地院接押庭，合議庭經近6小時開庭及評議，裁定葉世文繼續羈押、趙藤雄3000萬交保並限制住居、魏春雄則是5百萬元交保，並限制住居，每周一、三、五上午8點到12點之間，需到派出所報到。

據了解，檢方在偵查後認定，葉世文有透過學者蔡仁惠擔任白手套，收受遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄新台幣400萬元賄款，進而協助遠雄集團取得相關標案，並透過蔡仁惠將A7合宜住宅案相關規劃資訊轉達魏春雄，因此依法起訴。

而檢方在今天上午提訊完趙藤雄、葉世文及魏春雄，3名在押被告後，也隨即移送台北地方法院召開接押庭，待合議庭裁定是否繼續羈押。
