曾獲台北牛肉麵節冠軍的「老董牛肉麵」被爆「詐財」！董事長劉正雄稱與鴻海董事長郭董合作，對外賣股吸金詐騙，金額高達1億元，目前已有投資人告詐欺。

據媒體報導，董事長劉正雄以跟鴻海董事長郭董名義，宣稱鴻海集團旗下的永齡生技「與老董牛肉麵簽訂密約合資新公司」，吸引眾多投資客前往投資，對外賣股吸金高達1億元。目前遭被害人踢爆這是場「騙局」，被害人表示，劉正雄保證未上市股票會在2013公開發行，然卻以各種理由一拖再拖，讓他驚覺受騙。

鴻海昨天發表鄭重聲明，強調鴻海科技集團與老董牛肉麵絕無任何合作關係，並表示，老董牛肉麵若損集團或郭董名譽，將不排除採取法律行動。而老董牛肉麵所屬的「英屬維京群島商富董公司」昨緊急開會，決議明召開臨時會將劉正雄撤職。
