高雄市凱旋路與二聖路口，晚間7點左右，李長榮化工人員疑似偵測到管線內還有丙烯殘存，讓現場救難、消防等人員吃驚，並痛批李長榮：「太扯了！根本罔顧人命。」

「先別管包包了，趕快撤！」現場警消趕緊疏散現場人員，退後100公尺以上，不少人放著包包等物品在原地來不及拿，等待確認安全，才會繼續作業。（田兆緯／高雄報導）
