財部：氣爆重建經費由政院預備金支應

財政部國庫署今日邀請各縣市政府討論明年中央統籌分配稅款分配公式，財政部表示，明年中央可分給地方的總額超過2301億元，相較於今年度預算2119億元，約增加181億元。官員表示，目前「中央統籌分配稅款分配辦法」中已有「汙染指標」，但今日並未討論到是否要針對高雄調高汙染指標，僅討論明年的預算。

至於高雄氣爆事發至今已邁入第7天，災區重建工作也陸續展開，但目前重建經費初估超過19億元。財政部表示，高雄賑災所需經費，可經由行政院長指示以中央第一或第二預備金，或是用補助款來支應。
