高雄氣爆案，身兼中央救災指揮官的經濟部長張家祝，因不滿遭民進黨立委抨擊，負氣請辭。馬英九總統今（9）日大力肯定張家祝表現，指張任內油電政策做得很好。

馬英九總統與行政院長江宜樺上午共同出席「國家政務研究班第8期」及「高階領導研究班第7期」聯合結訓典禮。

對於張家祝7日晚間宣布請辭，江宜樺接受訪問時表示，目前仍無法說服張家祝打消辭意，但仍請張家祝今明天再多思考，並再聯絡。

馬英九總統則大力肯定張家祝表現，指張任內油電政策做得很好。

馬英九以明日油價將跌三毛錢為例，指中油透過公式計算油價，代表油價透明化、市場化、制度化有具體成果。

馬英九指出，電價去年十月調漲時，張家祝也做了很好的功課，雖有立委反應激烈，張家祝卻能調出資料說服立委，指出漲價百分10均屬於用電大戶，立委認為合理，不再反對。

馬英九強調，張家祝靠著不斷努力，油電政策不用在立法院吵架決定，而是由市場透明決定，「我覺得能夠做到這一點非常不容易」。
