疑現伊波拉病例 加拿大隔離

（法新社蒙特婁8日電） 加拿大媒體報導，由奈及利亞抵達加拿大的1名病患，出現與感染伊波拉病毒同樣的發燒和感冒症狀後，醫院已隔離這名病患。

西非國家今年以來出現史上最大規模伊波拉疫情，至今已有近1000人死亡和1700多人受感染，奈及利亞也是疫區之一。

CP24新聞電視台報導，安大略省的勃蘭頓（Brampton）醫院1名醫師說，這名病患出現類似伊波拉病例的發燒和其他症狀。

報導指出，當地公共衛生所官員維拉（Eileen deVilla）強調，當局為保險起見隔離他，但正式診斷還沒出爐，且許多疾病都可能引發現在這些症狀。

她說，醫院除了隔離這名病患外，也實行其他嚴格的預防措施。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
