《CNBC》報導，美國輕原油期貨週一收高，投資人開始進行空頭回補，期待本週報告顯示美國境內原油庫存再度減少，推動油價上漲。

布蘭特原油期貨亦下跌，但有地緣政治風險支撐價格，其中包括美國總統歐巴馬批准對伊拉克境內伊斯蘭武裝份子發動空襲；這是 2011 年美軍自伊拉克撤兵以來，美國首度在伊拉克執行軍事任務。

分析師指出，投資人本週將再度聚焦國際地緣政治風險，可能支撐油價上漲。

9 月美國輕原油期貨收漲 43 美分，來到每桶 98.08 美元。

9 月布蘭特原油期貨下跌 30 美分，收在每桶 105 美元以下。

目前布蘭特對美國輕原油溢價一度高達 8.10 美元，創 6 月底以來最大幅度。
