諷賴清德「一雨成災」　網友質疑排水有問題

台南今早降下豪雨造成多處淹水，網友任意門在臉書批評，這表示「排水系統有問題？」

網友任意門不滿台南多處淹水，在臉書寫到：「台南市沒有颱風來，下一點點下雨，市區道路竟嚴重積水，這表示排水系統有問題？市府您的治水功能在哪裡？排水溝設計太水了吧？還是都是垃圾堵塞了？」任意門還附上一堆人牽著機車涉水而過的照片，引發網友討論。

賴清德先前曾說，三爺溪淹了30年的痛苦，他花了3年就解決，網友諷刺這根本是「誇口三年，一雨成災」。（胡治言／綜合報導）
