Xperia ZL 自動關機 沒插電無法開啓！

入手xperia ZL 大約2個多月
使用到昨天以前除了電量不足和過熱的問題之外 其他使用還算順暢
不過昨天跟好友一起去吃飯時 使用到一半突然黑屏 無法正常開機
最後連上行動電源後才能正常開啓
但是只要一拔掉電源後過了幾分鐘他就會再次關機無法開啓
可是我電量都非常充足 一直如此覺得十分不方便
昨天爬過文 發現這樣的情形好像不只我有而已
好像有人說這是電池的問題 需要送回原廠更換
如果真的要送修。在保固期內應該不用付任何費用吧 ？
如果只是換電池。資料會回復原廠嗎？這樣要先備份？
