國立臺南大學於8月12日至14日在該校誠正大樓國際會議廳，舉辦教育部103年度「全國教育局(處)補救教學業務承辦人員研討暨工作說明會」，國民及學前教育署黃子騰副署長特地南下主持，期望透過三天的互動交流與經驗分享，增進與會的教育工作者之專業知能及工作熱誠，提升方案成效，落實教育機會均等理想。
