前女主播疑夫通姦　僱人偷拍判無罪

前電視台張姓女主播，因懷疑王姓丈夫與大學剛畢業的林姓女子有姦情，而僱用徵信業者跟監並拍攝到兩人在大庭廣眾下的親暱舉動，被丈夫控告妨害秘密；全案經高等法院審理後，在今（12）日維持一審判決，判決無罪定讞。

根據了解，該張姓前女主播與丈夫在5年前結婚兩人育有一女，婚後退出影光幕卻懷疑丈夫與林女有染，因而以每日1萬2千元代價，聘請徵信業者跟監蒐證，進而拍攝到丈夫與林女親暱舉動畫面。

張姓前女主播向法院提告後，去年獲判賠6萬元，但丈夫卻以自己坐車遭偷裝GPS衛星追蹤器，對張姓前女主播提告妨害秘密。

不過全案在一審時，法院即以張姓女主播不知情，且徵信業者所拍攝之照片皆在公眾場所，因而判決無罪；全案經上訴後，二審法院也在今天維持一審無罪判決定讞。
