一名輕熟女叩男按摩師到家中做全身精油按摩，沒想到疑似一時「性起」要求男按摩師與她發生性關係，事後卻因戴不戴套而告上法院；全案經台北地檢署檢方偵結後，認為罪嫌不足，將全案不起訴處分。

根據了解，該名輕熟女是在6月3日凌晨2點多，找了一名男按摩師到家中做全身精油按摩，沒想到按到一半疑似一時「性起」，而要求男按摩師和她做愛，並約定要「戴套」嘿咻！

但沒想到當男按摩師奮力「挺進」時，輕熟女卻發現男按摩師竟沒有戴套，因此立即氣得將其推開，要求「戴了再上」；不過當男按摩師第二次上陣後，輕熟女又發現男按摩師還是偷偷把保險套拿掉，因此怒告性侵。

男按摩師到案後表示，因為「戴套沒FU」，所以才會把保險套拿掉，並表示，「如果堅持要戴套，請找別人」；而輕熟女當時又硬拉著他的手愛撫，他才再次假裝答應戴套上陣，插入前再偷偷把套子拿掉，沒想到因此該告。

全案經台北地檢署檢方偵結後，認為應屬合意性交，在罪嫌不足的情況下，將全案予以不起訴處分。
