請問台灣鐵三角服務真的有那麼爛嗎?

手上的AT-PHA05BT背夾斷了
因為已經過保固
所以知道一定要付費維修
七月底就送到當初購買的店家請他幫我送修
但店家一直強調
鐵三角沒有在修的
保內換新 過保基本上只能買新的
在我的堅持下 還是請店家幫我送修看看
修多少錢再報價給我
結果到現在還沒辦法報價
問了店家
店家說 鐵三角的報價
不是個別報價
都是一批一批的
所以要到下禮手才能報價

真的開了眼界了
台灣鐵三角服務真的這麼糟糕嗎?

另外問一下
如果鐵三角不修背夾
還有其他的處理方法嗎?
