行政院公布內閣副首長名單，教育部政務次長由現任文藻外語大學校長林思伶接任，行政院表示，接任教育部政務次長的林思伶，為美國哈佛大學教育學碩士及佛羅里達州立大學教育科技博士，曾任教於輔仁大學多年，並擔任過輔大學術副校長、行政副校長、教育學院院長、教育領導與發展研究所所長及教育學程中心主任等多項職務，具有豐富的教學與行政經驗，長期投入臺灣通識教育改革、生命教育發展，也對師資培育及教學創新等課題不遺餘力，未來接任教育部政務次長乙職，相信必能襄助教育部長推動各項教育業務。
