涉殺勸架學長 科大生延長羈押

東南科技大學學生孟繁被控去年拿皮帶刀刺死勸架的吳姓學長，遭檢方依殺人罪嫌起訴。台北地院裁定將他延長羈押2月。

起訴書指出，孟男於去年11月間在學校與學長擦撞，不滿學長轉頭看他，他出言辱罵「看三小」，雙方爆發激烈肢體衝突，一旁吳姓學長見狀勸架試圖拉開兩人，結果3人反而扭打成一團。

起訴書指出，孟男擔心自己難以徒手對付眾人，涉嫌抽出皮帶刀揮舞猛刺吳男腹部、腹股溝部，教官接獲通報後報警處理並將吳男送醫，但吳男送醫後出血性休克身亡。台北地檢署依殺人、傷害罪嫌起訴孟繁，請求從重量刑。

全案移審後，台北地院認定他涉犯重罪、犯嫌重大、有逃亡之虞，在今年1月間裁定羈押，日前再裁定從8月6日起延長羈押2個月。
