台北：針對《公職人員選舉罷免法》對無黨或小黨推薦監票員有所限制，無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲昨早召開記者會，除再度要求修法，更宣布即日起在官網號召全民參與監票，透過群眾壓力維持選舉公平性。
