跳脫衣舞大秀電動馬達，事後竟告性侵！台北市一名酒店小姐和男客出場到汽車旅館開房間，不料事後竟怒告男客性侵；所幸男客提出當時拍攝影片，全案經檢方偵結後不起訴處分。

根據了解，酒店小姐向檢方控訴遭男客硬扯頭髮並以手指性侵，還逼跳脫衣舞偷偷拍攝；因此控告男客涉嫌性侵、妨害秘密等罪。

對於酒店小姐指控，男客出示當時拍攝影片向檢方證稱雙方是妳情我願才發生性關係，並非性侵。

而檢方則在勘驗完影片後發現，事發當時酒店小姐還向男客表示，「如果(音樂節奏)快的話，我就會電動馬達喔！」並邊跳脫衣舞邊告訴男客，「你在拍喔！不要上傳(網路)喔！」因此，認定男客應無性侵、妨害秘密等罪犯行，將全案予以不起訴處分。
