Littelfuse 推出低電容SPA二極體

Littelfuse宣布推出低電容型SP2574NUTG瞬態抑制二極體陣列（SPA二極體），有助於在保護高速差分數據線免受ESD（靜電放電）、CDE（電纜放電）、EFT（電氣快速瞬變）和雷擊感應突波造成的損害。

Littelfuse表示，SP2574NUTG來自SP2574N系列瞬態抑制二極體陣列，可在高達40A（IEC61000-4-5）和高達30kV ESD（IEC61000-4-2）的條件下保護四個通道或兩個差分線對。

低電容和低箝位電壓使其成為保護高速數據介面的理想選擇，例如筆記型電腦、開關、伺服器等的1GbE應用。它還非常適合用於WN/LAN設備、LVDS介面、集成高頻磁性元件和智慧電視應用。
