住戶裝修未申報　最高罰30萬元

為防範氣爆或相關災害發生，新北市府工務局為維護公寓大廈社區公共安全，昨特別發文給全市7795個社區管委會，提醒管委會要善盡責任，告知住戶應依照《建築法》規定申請室內裝修，避免擅自變更隔間牆與管線，成為潛在的公安隱憂。

工務局表示，昨特別發文給社區管委會，要求管委會共同負責監督社區安全，讓住戶了解在進行室內裝修前，應申請審查許可，若未依規定辦理者，可處以所有權人、使用人或室內裝修從業者最高30萬元，並限期改善或補辦。

工務局強調，如住戶未依規定申辦室內裝修者，將請管委會制止，並提供相關資料供市府處理，期盼能共同維護建築物安全；此外，內政部營建署在公寓大廈規約範本中，納入室內裝修之遵守事項，讓所有住戶能夠有所依循，了解公共安全是大家責任。（陳威叡／新北報導）
