上周甫遭金管會宣布接管的國寶人壽，總裁朱國榮被控利用人頭炒作龍邦國際股價獲利5千萬元，另以違規方式超買龍邦國際股票，導致國寶人壽虧損2億元；台北地檢署晚間複訊後，依違反證交法命朱200萬元交保。
