驚！　4成兒童有便秘問題

國內最新調查發現，台灣4成家庭的兒童有便秘問題，推算台灣兒少人口，相當於全台有78萬名小朋友「嗯嗯」不順，其中每10個便秘兒的父母，就有7人擔心孩子的生長、發育會受影響，成了辛苦的「腹愁者」爸媽。
 
「兒童腸道問題調查」顯示，在便秘兒中，6成5糞便太硬，5成6有便意但排不出來；6成5排便最久在廁所蹲20分鐘以上，更有1成3最久超過40分鐘，相當於一節課的時間；每天都會如廁的兒童僅1成2，每周5次以上也僅佔3成5，竟有高達4成3每周僅排便1到3次。
 
根據上述調查，醫師表示，父母要觀察家中小朋友是否有便秘問題，除排便次數外，還要注意孩子的便便是否很硬，以及小孩上廁所的時候、會不會很費力，若便便硬，或解便很花力氣，仍屬便秘。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
