高雄教長建議取消「特招毒瘤」

免試入學議題成為全國教育局處長會議中熱烈討論的話題。高雄市教育局長鄭新輝稱「特招」為「毒瘤」，認為取消特招，增加會考標示，一次分發即可到位。

對於免試入學，高雄市教育局長鄭新輝認為，一免、二免、特招不但沒有發生效果，反而發生更多的問題。他表示，只要把特招「毒瘤」拿掉，接著就可以回到現實，解決學校在選學生及家長在選學校的問題。

鄭新輝局長建議，是將會考的等級從目前的三等級四標示，調整為九級到十一級，就可以解決目前像是高雄和台中的問題；像是考生有七萬多人的基北市，可以增加會考等級，都比特招一科五十分來得有效。

鄭新輝局長進一步說明，在政策目標上，會考增加等級以及學生多元發展，並取消特招，免試一次到位，不用一試兩用。
