謝忻錄影暴食　心情沮喪

謝忻日前和師妹張文綺錄衛視《冠軍任務》，挑戰『士林夜市大胃王生死鬥』單元，結果謝忻在一個晚上就吃了將近3公斤的食物，少說也有8千大卡的熱量。好勝心強的她，不惜為此節目暫時中止減肥計畫。結果她錄影結束後，也禁食一星期好幾天，並瘋狂跑步和游泳，三餐只吃香蕉、蘋果止餓，她說：「希望可以早日恢復苗條身材。」(蔡維歆／台北報導)
