張顯耀稱明天到案？ 北檢：尚無訊息

地檢署偵辦前陸委會副主委張顯耀涉洩密案，張顯耀表示明天將主動到案說明，但北檢代理發言人張介欽今（24）天表示，張顯耀明天主動到案說明是他的權利，但目前為止檢方尚未接獲訊息。

對於張顯耀昨天自稱將在明天主動到案，北檢代理發言人張介欽今天說，截至中午為止，張顯耀或其律師，都未和檢方主動聯繫，承辦檢察官陳舒怡則加班整理可能的案情事實，及擬定未來偵查方向、步驟。

張介欽說，本案仍為他字案；張顯耀明天主動到案說明是他的權利，張到後是否由承辦檢察官陳舒怡在人別訊問後，直接訊問相關案情，或是先交由調查局人員帶走初訊，檢察官會依法處理。
