最近面試一間香港公司本地製造商的儲備幹部，工作性質偏向台灣一般中小企業的國外業務。今天收到錄取通知，package 裡含medical insurance and life insurance and 包住。重點來了，隔週的禮拜六要上全天班，月薪剛好＄25000,且幣值為台幣。在面試過程中，我有詢問對方為什麼會想用台灣人。對方說明因為覺得現在的香港年輕人很高傲不肯學習，剛好有合作廠商有用台灣人覺得台灣人年輕人孺子可教，所以想試試看我本生畢業于台灣國立前面大學商學院，工作三年都在知名外商，雖然不是人上人，但覺得我們不輸香港人。雖然到香港工作的機會不多，但是這樣的薪資條件我實在無法接受，我不想讓香港人覺得我們台灣人就只值這樣的薪水，或許其他人也收到錄取通知，但我真的希望能再三思，不要打壞我們在國際市場上的行情。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.70.239.65 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409824759.A.A91.html
