丁小芹臉書酸債主 又被告誹謗

丁小芹與友人蕭光駿發生債務糾紛，事後丁小芹在她臉書粉絲團Po文，暗喻蕭追不到她，意圖不軌，才報復提告，丁的服飾店王姓員工亦在丁的臉書上回應，２人均遭蕭提告。台北地檢署昨天依誹謗罪嫌起訴丁、王２人。丁還遭人控告詐欺案，檢方另案偵辦中。

丁小芹官司纏身，她去年與蔡姓女子合夥開服飾店後爆糾紛，遭蔡女及蔡女母親控告誹謗，台北地院上月開庭時，蕭光駿還身穿Gucci名牌到北院等候丁女，宣稱丁欠他至少10萬元酒店住宿費，還在法院追著丁問：「錢妳什麼時候還我？」丁則不願回應。
