張本渝在三立、東森新劇《幸福兌換券》與趙杰姊弟戀，她第１場戲穿比基尼，讓趙杰不敢正視，２人都有姊弟戀經驗，戲裡派上用場，她說交年輕弟弟好處多多，除身材、精力好，還可以和弟弟看不同世界，「會一直保持最年輕狀態」。

張本渝曾和阿Ben談差３歲姊弟戀，以往戀情太高調都無疾而終，現在有新戀情她都不鬆口；她覺得和弟弟交往能適時展現母愛，可讓女性變溫柔，逗弟弟時，看他們稚嫩反應也有趣，她昨穿得火辣，趙杰害羞不敢看，她笑說：「我還以為他是玩咖。」
