倫敦5坪宅　馬桶淋浴間擠一起

倫敦樓價飛升，當地的房地產商為了避免房價超出買家購買力，單位越建越小。

在倫敦北部伊斯靈頓(Islington)的時尚住宅區，有一個號稱全球最迷你的住宅單位，只有188平方英尺（約5.14坪），住客若想睡覺，要爬上廚櫃，沿樓梯攀上閣樓只可容納一張床的開放式睡房。

英國《衛報》報導，發展商形容這個單位非常「獨特」，「可能是世界上最小的房子」。由於面積小，坐廁與淋浴幾乎放在一起，若住戶喜歡，或許可以一邊如廁一邊沖涼。 儘管單位迷你，房價卻並不便宜，叫價275000鎊（約1334萬台幣）。伊斯靈頓區是小型住宅單位的集中地，去年樓價升了2%。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
