無照收廢油供郭烈成　胡信德妻遭函送

餿水油事件越滾越大，保七總隊追查到大眾企業社提供餿水油給郭烈成，高雄市政府發現大眾企業社無照收廢油，不排除斷電處分。
 
保七總隊警官指出，郭烈成的餿水油有部分來自順德企業等，再取得一些過期魚油等摻雜做為香豬油的供料；同時保七總隊也在追查郭烈成疑收購皮革廢油摻雜做為供料，賣給強冠公司。
 
環保局已先依廢棄物清理法開30萬元罰單，同時將大眾負責人蔡燕如函送法辦，未來不排除會同工務單位對業者處以斷水斷電處分。（楊適群、周昭平／高雄報導）
