綠委指控連家利用基金會買房涉逃稅，連勝文12日反過來質疑對手柯文哲說，「我是不曉得柯先生是如何處理財產，但柯沒開公司，卻有這麼多錢，應該要說明清楚，到底跟帳目上的問題有沒有關連，大家都有興趣知道」。

民進黨立委段宜康在臉書指控連家透過基金會買別墅自住，不用付錢，不必繳地價稅、房屋稅，也不用申報財產。

國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文表示，關於自己的家產，他個人的部分，都是自己創業賺來的，他大多數的財富，與所有創業家一樣，都在自己創業的公司裡面，而父母親買房子，也都有紀錄可查。
