守護法扶聯盟及律師公會代表今天拜會司法院，希望司法院提高消債（卡債）案件法扶律師的酬金；司法院表示會了解是否太低，有無調整的空間，且要求法扶應提高服務品質。

卡債受害人自救會顧問林永頌、台北律師公會常務理事尤伯祥都表示，因為消債案件法扶律師的酬金太低，每件從8千元到2萬元，律師事務所多半不願意接，一般受僱律師也被要求不要接案，有的受害人轉去找代辦公司而受騙。

林永頌並指出，去年卡債案件有3萬2千件，法扶接手8千件，被害人自請律師的有3千件，其他2萬件無律師協助。
