不確定因素 股市動盪

國際股市短線存在較大的二個不確定因素，分別是美國FED利率決策會議（16~17日）、蘇格蘭獨立公投（18日），有可能會對美國股市以及歐洲股市形成衝擊。昨（15）日美股漲跌互見，預期央行在聲明中，將採取較為鷹派的立場，那斯達克指數收低1.07%，費城半導體指數收低1.20%。

相較於歐美股市的變數，台股的變數還多了一個台指期結算。到昨日為止，外資在台指期的淨空單仍舊留有13,472口，福邦投顧分析師陳唯泰指出，觀察外資賣超的個股，較為分散，不具有特殊的族群性，所以應該只是為了壓低指數而來。不過，部份投信法人倒是趁著外資壓盤的時候逢低承接，例如世界、台達電、劍麟、宇隆等，這些個股是否會成為季底投信作帳標的，可持續追蹤。
