其實農作物的僱主不應該拿慣老闆的角度來批評他們. 農作物本身就低價的行業.最近玉米30公斤產地價每袋250元.茄子一公斤一元. 農地租金.種苗費.工資.噴農藥.肥料.包裝出貨.若農地自有.工資吃自己可不算. 但天災風險跟奸商的剝削要自己承擔. 農作物畢竟是遊走成本邊緣,還有中間商剝削, 甚至一些老農若採計工資租金.根本是虧錢的行業. 如果老闆自己賺很多.給員工很少.就很可惡.但至少大多數的農業不是. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 117.56.217.198 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410842438.A.248.html
