台日航班因觀光需求而大增，中華航空也首次與五星級飯店大倉久和合作，將五星級的日式料理端上空中，吃得到味噌燉牛舌。

華航今天與台北大倉久和召開記者會，宣布10月1日起，華航桃園飛成田、大阪及松山飛羽田商務艙，提供正統日式餐點。

華航資深副總經理楊辰說，以往華航的中日式餐都是華膳空廚派人到日本學習，這次是首次和大倉久和的山里美饌知合作，將在未來1年推出香、夏、秋、冬4個季節的空中正統日式五星商務餐。

華膳空廚董事長賴瑟珍說，華膳能有機會與國際知名酒店經典日式料理合作，盼為華航旅客創造更多美食相遇。

華航在日本線推出五星日式商務餐，最特別的是主菜有味噌燉牛舌、鮭魚西京燒，前菜配鮑魚生薑燒、櫻桃番茄。

華航現在日本航線有14個航點，每週167班；其中，松山－羽田每週14班、桃園－成田每週21班、桃園－大阪24班。

華航估計，與大倉久和合作，全年將有10萬人次旅客能享受高空日式佳餚。(中央社)
