殺警主嫌北所收押　曾男編號1042、劉女0221

台北市信義區ATT 4 Fun夜店Spark 14日凌晨發生殺警案，16日清晨台北地院裁定主嫌曾威豪、劉芯彤和另一男子蕭叡鴻收押禁見。2人的律師先前受訪時表示，一切都是誤會，直到裁定收押確定，劉女當庭大哭3分鐘，而且十分淒厲。3人在今(16)日上午分別被帶往台北看守所、台北女子看守所。其中曾威豪編號1042、蕭叡鴻1041、劉芯彤0221。

台北地院在今(16)日凌晨3時開羈押庭，4時55分結束，3人裁定羈押禁見。曾男只開庭25分鐘就宣布收押、劉女37分鐘，當劉女聽到法官宣布裁定羈押，當庭就大聲哭出來，從2樓法庭一路哭到地下是的候審室，時間長達3分鐘之久，當時在夜店外的強悍氣勢完全不復見。

3人遭裁定羈押禁見後，其中曾威豪和蕭叡鴻在上午進入台北看守所，完成程序後，所方給予他們分別是1042、1041的編號，住進北所的忠、孝三舍內，各有2至3名詐欺案室友。2人情緒平靜，所方準備的早餐都有吃；劉芯彤則是進入台北女子看守所，情緒從激動轉為平靜，並無再出現剛聽到裁定羈押時大哭的情況，編號0221。
