誠正中學酷刑霸凌　少年遭掀腳指甲用筆戳

法務部矯正署所轄誠正中學裡面傳出霸凌事件，一名剛進入接受感化教育的少年，因遭受同學欺負、排擠，少年向老師打小報告，使2名男同學受到處罰，2名男同學懷恨在心，日前在臥室毆打、凌虐少年，還把少年的腳指甲撬開，用原子筆戳。校方發現後將少年送醫，並把2名男同學隔離，依校規處置。

這名剛進入誠正中學的少年，因罹患皮膚病且個性獨特，遭到班上同學排擠、欺負，少年多次將情形告訴師長，其中有兩名同學因此懷恨在心，竟於13日夥同幾名資深同學，在寢室毆打、凌虐少年，甚至將他的腳指甲撬開，用原子筆戳。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，校方15日才發現少年身上有多處傷痕，將他送醫治療，經院方診斷後，發現少年身上有遭毆打的瘀青，腳指甲的傷口也壞死，腳底板有遭原子筆的戳刺痕跡，因擔心傷勢發炎、惡化，將少年轉至加護病房觀察，目前病情穩定。

少年將於16日返校，校方會安排個別輔導保護，而霸凌的同學則將被調班並依校規處置，校方會將傷害案通報關護人，提交少年法庭處置。
